About Mocaf
MOCAF stands for Modified Cassava Flour. It is an innovative flour made from cassava (singkong) that has been processed through fermentation using lactic acid bacteria or specific enzymes.
MOCAF vs. Other Cassava Products
- MOCAF vs. Regular Cassava Flour: Regular flour is just dried and ground singkong. MOCAF is fermented, which makes it whiter, finer, and easier to digest.
